How much credit do a gain a month from my credit card?

whats an estimate of how much my credit score goes up, its a capital one journey card, i usually only put about half of my limit on the card before i pay, ($150), ive paid it for 3 months now, coming up on 4, i know thats not alot of time, but will i notice a difference in my credit score?, i thought the credit card companys sent your score on your statements, i guess not lol, and i dont want to do one of those free credit check things, because there not free and i dont want to mess up my credit
