An employee where I bank has forged my signature and withdrew a big sum of money from my account ...?

My bank didn't agree with me first and even doubted my allegation against their employee but when they have discovered that my allegation was true they suspended their employee and returned the money withdrawn but I am not satisfied hence I am thinking what kind of legal suit can I file against my bank for their employee's action? or against the employee itself? I am from the Philippines
