Well, you really just have to make a lifestyle change, so instead of binge-eating once in awhile, allow yourself to have a treat when you want it, a healthy alternative to what you binge-eat. Because you binge-eat when you give in to your cravings and then you just go nuts, so you don't want to starve your body. Then your body will start to crave healthier things, and your back on schedule.
