I live in canada, but how can i receive orders that only ship to the USA......hmmmm....?

Is there a company in the states....or something where i can get my package shipped and then from there they can ship it to me here in canada. kuz i want to order from Old Navy but they dont ship to canada. so can i address it to a different place in the states and then i can pay them to ship it to me in canada from there......grr i dont know if im explaining it properly! i hope you understand.
