If McCain, as Morris claims, is a perfectly acceptable alternative choice for Democrats, why vote at all?

If Republicans have only a Democratic wannabee as their candidate, why should they bother to vote at all? If a Democrat is to be elected one way or the other, why bother? Why not boycott a corrupt process which produces no real alternantive for conservatives?
