Is not the Executive of the Government of India , a subordinate of the political parties whose members form ..?

the governments in the Center and the State ? Is it not time that the judiciary , that is totally free from the control and influence of the selfish and anti people political parties, exercise more of its powers on receipt of complaints or "suo mottu" under its original jurisdiction , to restrain the anti national and unconstitutional activities or inaction forced upon the executives by the political parties forming the government? Will it not be an" under reach" of the Judiciary if it ignores the unconstitutional activities and the omissions of the executive (under the perfect , complete and full control of political parties ,that are of dubious and anti national character) that complain of Judicial overreach in the matter of bringing the black monies stashed in foreign Banks ? Do you think that the reaction of the Government of India ( the executive that is under the control of the political parties ) complaining the judiciary of overreach, is a desperate outburst due to the fear of the political parties constituting the government, that the political background of the persons involved in the anti national activities would be exposed ?
