I was wondering if this can p on as a heart healthy diet?
2 tbsp of flax seeds, 2 cups of oatmeal, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp of peanut er, and 1 cup of raisin bran flakes. I eat this everyday.
