I need help with a circuit?

I am try to make a circuit that will control when a light turns on and off based on the temperature. I'm using a tip120 transistor, a relay, an extension cord, a picaxe 18x microcontroller board, two 10K resistors, a LM34(temperature probe) and a 9V battery. How do I put this all together?
