Could someone explain Metaphase 2 in Meiosis?

First of all there is a completed spindle apparatus in place in the cell. Chromosomes consisting of sister chromatids align along the metaphase plate. And kinetochore microtubules from opposite poles attach to the kinetochores of the sister chromatids. This is Metaphase 2 in Meiosis. Hope I helped!
