Can someone help me figure out why I cannot receive e-mail messages posted to my group from one certain member

I have a yahoo group and receive individual messages, I perfer it this way for this particular group. However when one of the members of the group sends message to our yahoogroup, everyone but me (I'm moderator) receives her messages. I do not! I can go to my yahoogroup page and read them there, but they do not come to me via my e-mail. Any ideas as to why? It is a juno e-mail address. I'm baffled and would love to solve the mystrey. (When she sends me messages off the group privately to my e-mail, I don't receive those either.) Any help would be appreciated! And nope she is not in my block e-mail settings.
