Are these three statements about God compatible?

God can carry out His will unconditionally. However, in choosing to make creatures that can freely praise, love and glorify God (Deuteronomy 6:5, Isaiah 56:6 Jeremiah 9:24, Luke 10:27, I John 4:19) as well as mirror God’s traits to other created beings (I Kings 3:10, Psalm 37:23, Hosea 6:6, James 2:8), God has given mankind the free will to make choices (Deuteronomy 30:15-20, Joshua 24:15, Proverbs 3:31) and has honored these choices by making real, permanent consequences stem from these choices (Psalm 81:11-12, Ezekiel 18:23, Luke 16:19-31).
